Buzzardball is proud to be partnered with Sport Courts Fitness. SCF serves as the home for Buzzardball Summer Camps, Summer League, and Winter League practices.
Below is a waiver required by SCF for all Buzzardball Summer Camp and league participants. Only one form is required per family (for those of you either attending multiple camps OR participating in the camp and the league). Please download, fill out, print, and bring with your child on the first day of camp/first week of league play.
